Welcome to our latest KESS PhD student


It is a pleasure to welcome Jack Bishop a new Phd student who will be funded through the KESS scheme. Jack will be supervised by Dr Penny Holborn and Prof Andrew Ware.

The funding for Jack's studies is via a KESS – PhD Studentship. Dr Holborn obtained the funding to work with the company Talent Intiution.

Talent Intuition helps companies make better informed strategic decisions. They offer a combination of tools for sourcing external talent data as well as bespoke people intelligence consultancy. This research aims to combine external talent data and business intelligence to help businesses shape strategy, reduce risk and gain a competitive edge. It will look to utilise the latest advanced technologies to manipulate millions of data points and thousands of sources to help better understand talent supply and demand both nationally and internationally.
